Caption: a white-field flag seen on a car during the Jan. 2024 wedding of Prince Abdul Mateen, who is the tenth child and fourth son of Brunei's Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah. The car is in his father's automobile collection. I am uncertain whether or not this flag is for any royal child, or is specifically for Prince Abdul Mateen.

According to a 2017 book I have (scanned PDFs), the flag is titled "Bendera Duli Pengiran Perdana Wazir" .
